So we've literally turned the marketing funnel analogy on it's head. We think that marketing is more like climbing a mountain.  Where you're the mountain guide and your business is the mountain.  Guiding your clients to the top of your mountain is achieved when you achieve a high value sale - whatever that means for you.

The key to appreciating this is to acknowledge that there are many intermediary steps along the way. If you take the right prospects with you, then the guiding is simple - if you try and drag the only unqualified prospect you have, then it is very hard work.
